Refund & Cancellation Policy
Kairo Hosting runs on a prepaid model: you pay for a period up front, and payments are non-refundable. Here is exactly what that means.

1. We are prepaid
Every paid server is prepaid. You pay for your billing period before it starts, and the server runs for exactly that period. We do not invoice afterwards and we do not run a balance — when the paid period ends, the server stops unless you have renewed it.
2. No refunds
Payments are non-refundable. This includes:
- unused time left on a period you have already paid for;
- servers you stop using, delete, or no longer want part-way through a period;
- servers suspended or terminated because you breached our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
- setup fees, add-ons and any service that has already been delivered.
Because the service is prepaid, cancelling does not produce a refund — it simply means you do not pay for the next period.
3. Cancelling
There is no contract term and no cancellation fee. You can stop at any time by simply not renewing, or by telling us at support@kairohosting.com that you do not want to continue. Your server stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. If something goes wrong on our side
If we cannot deliver the service you paid for at all, contact us at support@kairohosting.com. We will work to fix the problem, and where a fault on our side made your server unusable for a prolonged period we may, at our discretion, extend your prepaid period as compensation.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have by law that cannot be excluded by contract. If you are a consumer, any mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence continue to apply on top of this policy.
6. Free plans
Free plans involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund. They may be suspended for inactivity or changed at any time, as described in our Terms of Service.
7. Your data after the period ends
Download your world before your period runs out. Once a prepaid period ends and is not renewed, the server is suspended and its data is deleted after a short grace period. If you need an export and are not sure how, ask us before the period ends and we will help.
